Where are you based out of?
I'm based in Surrey, BC and serve the lower mainland!
When will my gallery be delivered?
Your gallery will be usually delivered with 2 weeks time, unless otherwise stated in your contract. During peak season, editing can take up to 4 weeks time, if not longer.
How long are sessions?
Couple sessions (engagement sessions, save the date, etc.) are usually an hour long unless the couple decides they want to shoot at multiple locations.
Family sessions and maternity sessions are all 1 hour long.
Can I extend the session on the day of?
Absolutely! If you feel you need more coverage on the day of your event, I can stay back for an additional hourly rate!
Will there be a second shooter?
Unless I feel that I need more assistance in providing the best coverage possible, I shoot entirely by myself. However, a second shooter can be added to your package for an additional fee.
What if we need to reschedule our event?
As of 2021, if you need to reschedule your event, your initial deposit can be used ONCE to reschedule to another date.
If you need to reschedule a second time, you will need to put down another deposit and sign a new contract.
All deposits are non-refundable.
What is your style of photography?
I've been told my work looks dreamy which I love!
But if I describe it myself, I always love editing in moodier and warmer tones. I love focusing on candid moments so your gallery will be filled with more of those than anything!
What kind of gear do you use?
My gear predominantly consists of Canon branded camera, lenses and speedlites. If you have specific questions in mind, shoot me an email!
How many images do you include?
The more the better! For most sessions, I try to include as many as I can. It doesn't serve me to hold onto your beautiful photos so from the very beginning I've always sent out as many as I can!
Can I have the Raw images? I'd like to edit them myself!
Unfortunately shooting and editing go hand in hand for me. Shooting is only half the work and editing is what brings out the magic! I'd like to believe you're booking me for my shooting AND editing style (and shining personality).
So no, I do not offer and will never offer raw images!
How much do I need to book you?
In order to book I require a 50% deposit and a signed contract from you at the time of booking. The remainder is due a week before the session.
If your shoot is within 30 days of booking I require the full amount.
What if it starts raining?
We live in raincouver so thats expected! On the day of you'll have the option to continue to shoot or reschedule.
Due to COVID-19, covered locations are hard to come by as most locations are not allowing photographers to shoot indoors so that's something to keep in mind when planning your events for the 2020/2021 seasons!
Do you offer discounts?
Unfortunately I don't offer discounts. My prices are firm as listed in my pricing guide. You're welcome to shop around to find a photographer that fits your budget!
